🔁 Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. While PropsMadness is a subscription product with digital access, we’ll always take time to review your situation - especially in cases like:
You were charged after canceling
You forgot to cancel during your free trial and haven’t used the service
There was an error or duplicate charge
📩 How to request a refund
Open the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen or contact us directly on [email protected]
Send us a message with:
Your account email connected to the PropsMadness account
The reason for the refund request
Any relevant details (dates, screenshots, etc.)
We usually respond within 24 hours, and if your case qualifies, refunds are processed quickly.
🔔 Trial and renewal reminders
We send a 3-day reminder before any charge is made so you have time to review or cancel before your trial or subscription renews.
