We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we're here to help if you have any issues with your subscription.

🔁 Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. While PropsMadness is a subscription product with digital access, we’ll always take time to review your situation - especially in cases like:

  • You were charged after canceling

  • You forgot to cancel during your free trial and haven’t used the service

  • There was an error or duplicate charge

📩 How to request a refund

  1. Open the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen or contact us directly on [email protected]

  2. Send us a message with:

    • Your account email connected to the PropsMadness account

    • The reason for the refund request

    • Any relevant details (dates, screenshots, etc.)

    We usually respond within 24 hours, and if your case qualifies, refunds are processed quickly.

🔔 Trial and renewal reminders

We send a 3-day reminder before any charge is made so you have time to review or cancel before your trial or subscription renews.
