We want to get it fixed fast.
📝 How to report It
Send us a message using the chat icon in the bottom-right and include:
The player’s full name
Their team
The stat or market you were looking for (e.g., Points, PRA)
A screenshot (optional but helpful)
We’ll review and aim to get the player added as soon as possible - often within the same day if they’re expected to be in the lineup.
🔄 Why does this happen?
The player may be newly signed, recalled from G League, or hasn’t been active enough to appear in the prop markets
The sportsbooks may not have posted lines yet for that player, which can delay appearance on our end
