If you've purchased a subscription but it looks like your account still doesn't have full access, there are a few common reasons this can happen — and they’re usually easy to resolve.
✅ Make sure you're logged into the correct account
PropsMadness uses Google or Apple ID login. If you accidentally logged in using a different method or email than the one used during purchase, your subscription won’t be recognised.
Try logging out and logging back in using the same method and account you used to subscribe.
🧾 Check your payment confirmation
If you saw the charge go through but didn't receive a confirmation email or receipt, the payment may not have fully completed. In rare cases, failed or pending transactions can temporarily look like successful purchases.
If you’re unsure, message us with the email used during signup and we'll check the status for you.
🔄 Try refreshing or logging out and back in
Sometimes your subscription status doesn’t refresh instantly. A simple logout/login or hard refresh can help sync access to your account.
